Campus Pastor — West Campus

The pastor provides spiritual, organizational, and relational leadership for the campus, overseeing ministry environments and shepherding the congregation. The role develops staff and volunteers and helps align campus activities with the church’s vision, doctrine, and culture.

What you'll do

• Lead Sunday and midweek ministry environments
• pastor and shepherd the congregation, including conducting weddings, funerals, and baptisms
• lead, supervise, disciple, and develop campus staff
• prepare and deliver messages 4–8 times per year
• lead weekly staff meetings
• communicate with campus staff, congregation, and elders
• oversee facility, budget, and campus-wide ministry planning.

Why this role

Requires 3–5 years of pastoral experience, demonstrated congregation and staff leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a vibrant personal faith with thorough personal knowledge of God’s Word. A master’s degree is highly preferred.
