Maintenance Technician — First Shift

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in Le Sueur, MN, Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime on Saturdays as needed; pay is $28–$36.66 per hour. The role supports the uptime of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and facilities. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, calibration, and inspections, and documents service work to help prevent breakdowns and maintain reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Track, inspect, service, maintain, and calibrate machinery and facilities
• troubleshoot, install, modify, fabricate, repair, assemble, align, rebuild, test, and inspect equipment and systems
• install or upgrade equipment
• prepare service reports and track maintenance activities
• use measurement instruments, work orders, schematics, and manuals to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
