What you'll do

• Coordinate operational integration initiatives
• support ERP, field service management, reporting, workflow, and CRM implementations
• visit operating companies to observe workflows, document processes, identify gaps, and assist with implementation
• work with office managers, project managers, service teams, and leadership
• maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and reports
• coordinate communications, training, timelines, follow-up, and action items
• support data gathering, HubSpot organization, and operational tracking
• identify bottlenecks and process improvements
• assist with onboarding acquired companies
• collaborate with leadership and vendors
• track multiple projects and integrations.
