What you'll do

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment for improvement opportunities
• design and implement equipment, process improvements, and mechatronic solutions
• lead engineering projects from concept through installation and production readiness
• partner with Product and Engineering on design for manufacturability
• coordinate cross-functional projects, suppliers, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• develop investment business cases and capacity models
• perform process capability analysis including Cp/Cpk and GR&R
• lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives
• troubleshoot processes and equipment
• train stakeholders and provide technical guidance.
