What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy under LCSW or MFCC supervision
• assist teams with service plans and documentation
• provide in-service training and workshops
• review Denial of Rights Forms when indicated
• visit members to provide direction and support
• intervene in crises and notify relevant parties when indicated
• support member safety and well-being
• represent the agency at county utilization review
• conduct quality management activities and audits
• facilitate groups and provide individual and family therapy
• update diagnoses for clients not receiving medication management from the program psychiatrist.
