Senior Process Analyst, Lead-to-Order

What you'll do

• Conduct process discovery through interviews and workshops
• document and validate current-state processes and variations
• create process maps
• identify bottlenecks, rework, handoffs, and ownership issues
• maintain the Lead-to-Order process catalog
• support future-state design and gap analysis
• document commercial workflows including opportunity management, quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, and Quote-to-Order
• work with CRM and CPQ-related processes and technical teams.
