What you'll do

• Lead interior design growth strategy across the Pacific Northwest
• develop relationships with owners, developers, investors, builders, and industry partners
• identify opportunities and guide pursuits from initial contact through project delivery
• advise on interior design, procurement, and project execution
• represent the firm at industry events and speaking engagements
• mentor designers and project leaders in client engagement and business development
• strengthen team culture.
