What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed support and crisis intervention
• share resource information and triage questions
• communicate guest information to day staff
• follow shelter policies
• assist guests with shelter needs
• maintain property safety and privacy
• perform housekeeping and basic maintenance
• complete room checks, inventory, and shift documentation
• attend meetings and training.
