What you'll do

• Conduct pre-arrival, post-departure, and regular home inspections
• coordinate housekeeping and maintenance schedules
• manage vendors
• divide daily tasks with field operations
• respond to guest requests and after-hours service or emergency calls when scheduled as the on-call person
• attend local team meetings
• support new-home onboarding and inspections
• install technology such as electronic key systems
• use operations systems
• travel between properties within the local area.
