What you'll do

• Answer multi-line calls

• maintain inventory and organize front desk, retail displays, quiet room, and locker room amenities
• process retail purchases and gift certificates
• schedule and confirm reservations
• bill appointments
• answer guest questions about spa treatments and hotel information
• provide spa tours
• report maintenance needs.
