What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to CNAs, CMTs, and other direct-care staff
• provide nursing care to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and administrative policies
• maintain complete nursing notes and care documentation
• maintain communication among nursing personnel
• perform CMT duties as needed.
