What you'll do

• Process savings, checking, and loan transactions
• receive and verify deposits
• examine checks and complete transactions
• comply with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and documentation
• cash checks and process withdrawals
• explain and cross-sell bank services
• receive loan payments
• balance ATM and daily transactions and verify cash totals
• admit authorized customers to the safe deposit area and manage box rentals
• resolve customer complaints
• cross-train for other branch duties as needed.
