What you'll do

• Provide 12 hours of Intensive In-Community services to youth and families in home and community settings
• complete assessments, Individualized Service Plans, and progress notes
• participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate care
• develop provider recruitment and retention strategy
• source, screen, and interview candidates
• manage the provider pipeline, background checks, licensure verification, and credentialing paperwork
• represent the agency at professional events
• track recruitment metrics
• attend team meetings and clinical supervision as required.
