Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) - Local

Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies. Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.
