Field Services Operations Technician

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot PCs, tablets, phones, printers, and other IT devices
• perform IMACD tasks
• install, move, add, change, and dispose of equipment and software
• image and reimage Windows devices
• document and resolve service requests
• coordinate schedules, site surveys, equipment, and technicians
• support wireless devices
• follow ESD precautions
• travel to nearby sites as needed
• provide on-call support during stated off-hours and weekends.
