Change Quality Analyst

What you'll do

• Review change requests for completeness, accuracy, testing evidence, risk assessments, implementation and rollback plans, and approvals
• monitor compliance with change standards and controls
• inspect change records and escalate non-compliant or high-risk activity
• investigate exceptions and control failures
• analyze change metrics and risk indicators
• produce compliance reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
• support audits
• validate regulatory, security, and operational requirements
• identify process improvements and support automation
• participate in governance forums as required
• and maintain procedures and training materials.
