Job overview

What you'll do
- Build rapport with youth and serve as a positive role model
- provide direct supervision and triage
- cover phones and entry points
- prevent and respond to crises
- teach basic life skills
- lead groups and workshops
- document shift activity and incidents
- maintain facility safety and cleanliness
- and, as assigned, collaborate on outreach and youth referrals.
