Maintenance Technician III

Compensation is $1 per week. The Maintenance Technician III role is onsite in Balch Springs, TX. The position supports facility and equipment maintenance at a PLA site, contributing to safe operations, production uptime, and regulatory compliance. As the senior-level maintenance position at the site, this role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and removals. It helps keep production and facility equipment safe, functional, and operating efficiently, while maintaining required safety and inspection records.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility and production equipment, including machinery, forklifts, yard trucks, compressors, pneumatic and vacuum systems, hydraulic and electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, and infrastructure
• install, troubleshoot, and remove equipment
• maintain machinery and inspection logs
• ensure forklift drivers’ certifications are current and maintenance logs are accurate.
