What you'll do

• Assemble cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications
• follow cake decorating and presentation standards
• prioritize orders for scheduled pickup or delivery and craft walk-in orders
• prepare decorations and packaging materials
• monitor crafting supplies
• check decorated cakes for quality
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• assist walk-in guests and answer the telephone as needed.
