What you'll do

• Onboard new account clients and create CRM profiles
• follow up on transfers, rollovers, checks, and delivery requirements
• schedule client and prospective-client appointments
• assist advisors with relationship opportunities
• create and maintain marketing materials
• coordinate seminars and client events
• prepare and support meetings
• track employee referrals
• perform administrative and clerical duties. For the licensed Specialist II role, assist with investment guidance, prepare financial plans, execute trades as needed, and accept unsolicited trade instructions in the absence of advisors.

Why this role
