Part-Time Caregiver Team Lead

The Part-Time Caregiver Team Lead role is onsite at Alexis Estates in Allen, TX, paying $17 per hour. The Monday–Friday schedule is approximately 4–8 p.m., or 20 hours per week. The role supports clients during evening care and helps caregivers coordinate with Senior Shield management.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily-activity assistance according to client care plans
• assist with mobility and transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and safe techniques
• provide scheduled medication reminders
• guide caregivers and support clear shift handoffs
• communicate coverage concerns to management
• help new caregivers learn client routines
• document care, flag gaps, and promptly report changes or concerns.
