What you'll do

  • Assist senior staff and licensed engineers with residential site development design
  • prepare and review engineering calculations, technical drawings, and construction documents
  • develop feasibility studies, due diligence reports, zoning studies, and early planning materials
  • perform stormwater modeling, grading, and drainage design
  • prepare cost estimates and site design plans
  • coordinate with internal teams
  • participate in field visits and site observations as needed
  • support delivery through construction documentation.
