The Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based at INSPIRE Autism’s clinic in Fenton, MI, with work-from-home flexibility for focused clinical tasks. Compensation is $80,000 per year. The multidisciplinary clinic provides Applied Behavior Analysis, speech-language therapy, and occupational therapy for children on the autism spectrum. The BCBA leads ABA programs and clinical supervision, using progress data to guide treatment and support client-centered care for children and families. The role also contributes to integrated care, staff and student development, and program quality improvement.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze progress data to inform treatment decisions
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• mentor practicum students and Registered Behavior Technicians
• support program development and quality improvement
