What you'll do

• Provide technical customer support and troubleshoot issues
• analyze damage and labor claims and communicate findings
• manage warranty, labor, damage, and counterfeit product claims by phone and email
• assist sales associates with technical questions
• support technical sales documentation
• contribute to original equipment warranty activities as needed
• communicate lost sales opportunities and product or application gaps
• handle administrative duties and special projects.

Why this role

Four or more years of automotive industry experience and high school diploma or GED required. Automotive engine and engine-control knowledge required; motorsports experience, ASE certifications, technical writing, and Spanish are preferred.
