What you'll do

• Analyze credit information and customer credit history for loans
• prepare credit analyses for loan officers and the Loan Committee
• perform cash flow analysis, financial projections, stress testing, and peer company analysis
• learn the Bank’s loan policies, guidelines, analysis processes, and credit culture
• document lending activities and maintain file support for reviews and audits
• help manage and structure account relationships to maintain asset quality and plan for distressed relationships
• establish learning and development goals with a supervisor.
