What you'll do

• Support store operations and company policies
• lead, coach, and develop team members
• provide performance feedback and assist with employee relations
• supervise staff when the Store Manager is absent
• support customer service, showroom presentation, merchandising, and sales
• oversee credit and collection processes
• assist with customer accounts and documentation
• maintain cash handling, payment, deposit, and recordkeeping controls
• support reporting and store organization
• maintain a safe work environment. Prior retail or related leadership experience is preferred.
