Family-Based Case Manager

Job overview

The Family-Based Case Manager role is onsite in Norristown, PA, with flexible scheduling and work in clients’ homes, schools, and communities; compensation is $24 per hour for billable work, $20 per hour for PTO and holidays, and $15 per hour for non-billable work. Child and Family Focus’s Family Based Services teams work with children and families to address emotional struggles and related systemic issues.

What you'll do

• Work on a two-person clinical team to provide family therapy and resource coordination
• engage young people and families
• maintain a caseload of 6–8 young people ages 4–18 and their families
• meet with clients at least twice weekly
• make referrals
• attend training and weekly supervision
• maintain case notes and treatment plans
• and participate in paid emergency on-call duties on a rotating schedule.
