HVAC Service Coordinator / QuickBooks Specialist

The HVAC Service Coordinator / QuickBooks Specialist position is onsite in Cranbury, NJ, with compensation of $25–$32 per hour. The role supports the HVAC service team by coordinating customer service calls, field technicians, and management. The coordinator keeps service work moving through accurate work-order processing, scheduling and dispatch, customer communication, permit tracking, warranty and maintenance-agreement administration, and reporting. The work helps maintain customer satisfaction and efficient use of company resources.

What you'll do

• Create, review, and close work orders in ServiceTitan
• verify job details and coding
• collect purchase orders or authorization numbers
• apply for and track permits and coordinate with municipalities
• schedule and dispatch technicians
• maintain service calendars
• respond to customer requests and communicate updates
• register and track warranties
• create and renew maintenance agreements
• assist with timecard verification, reporting, billing documentation, parts coordination, and communication between technicians and management.
