What you'll do

• Maintain and evolve HubSpot CRM
• align workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• train users and document processes
• manage data hygiene and integrations with NetSuite
• support campaign planning and execution, segmentation, lead routing, workflows, and testing
• define UTM conventions
• refine lead scoring and lifecycle stages
• build performance dashboards and attribution reporting
• manage technology integrations and cross-functional projects.
