What you'll do

• Help customers, technicians, and service advisors locate and order parts and accessories
• maintain knowledge of inventory, availability, pricing, and applications
• process orders, invoices, and related documentation
• support stocking, receiving, shipping, and inventory control
• research part numbers and vehicle specifications
• coordinate with vendors, dealerships, and internal teams
• maintain an organized parts area
• provide courteous customer service.
