What you'll do

• Lead and support product development engineering, including feasibility investigations, CATIA design, layout reviews, drawing creation, and coordination with component functional units. Develop concepts and specifications to meet customer cost, delivery, accuracy, and quality targets. Track small-project progress, address issues, and escalate as needed
• support scope, scheduling, quoting, and reporting. Mentor associates and seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce design and parts costs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 6+ years designing automotive interiors. CATIA V5/V6 experience is required; Japanese proficiency is highly preferred.
