• Develop and execute sales strategies and regional goals

• hold leaders and sales representatives accountable for revenue, activity, hiring, and development
• optimize territories and assign quotas
• manage escalated complaints
• collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations
• recruit, hire, and train sales talent
• manage four Regional Vice Presidents
• review performance and KPIs
• build customer and partner relationships.
