What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day operations across assigned health centers
• manage regional patient access and staffing coverage
• supervise site-level leaders and oversee staff supervision
• recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff with HR
• monitor financial and operational performance and implement corrective actions
• prepare regional reports and KPIs
• support policies, regulatory compliance, audits, quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety
• foster team-based care and represent the organization in community programs.

Why this role
