The Packaging Machine Operator - First Shift role is onsite in Laurinburg, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The operator safely and efficiently runs packaging equipment to support production and shipping. The role packages materials, follows quality measures, and helps maintain a safe and orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to produce packaged materials
• follow supervisor instructions
• clean the work area
• place bags on fill tubes, seal and pack them, and hand-palletize
• attend safety meetings and training
• wear required PPE
• perform outdoor duties as needed
• maintain and communicate quality assurance measures.
