The Recruiter role is onsite in Bluffton, SC. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 per year. The recruiter joins The Greenery’s Human Resources team and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. The recruiter develops and implements staffing strategies, partners with managers to define hiring needs, and guides candidates through the hiring process. This work builds the organization’s talent pipeline and supports its workforce and culture.

Why this role
