The Line Cook III — PM role is onsite in Santa Rosa, CA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines
• maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation
• support mise en place, prep schedules, and station readiness
• perform assigned station duties during high-volume service
• follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• store, label, date, and rotate food using FIFO
• assist with banquet and special-event production as assigned
• maintain clean workstations and equipment
• report shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues
• minimize waste and assist with receiving or stocking as directed.
