Assistant Property Manager – Mobile Home Communities

Job overview

The Assistant Property Manager – Mobile Home Communities role is based at the company’s corporate office in Knoxville, TN, with regular travel to assigned communities across East Tennessee. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Admiral Communities manages mobile home communities and this role supports their day-to-day operations and resident services. The assistant manager helps coordinate resident communication, rent collection, leasing, inspections, notices, and upkeep across multiple locations, working with community and regional managers to keep operations organized and communities maintained.

What you'll do

• Support operations across assigned communities
• assist managers with resident issues and operational follow-up
• help enforce community rules, lease terms, and Fair Housing laws
• deliver notices and assist with eviction documentation as needed
• support rent collection and resident inquiries
• assist with leasing, applications, move-ins and move-outs
• inspect properties and document maintenance or safety issues
• maintain records and use company systems.
