What you'll do

• Help plan and launch the future middle school campus, including systems, culture, staffing, and instructional programming
• set student achievement goals and hold staff accountable
• lead recruitment of families and scholars
• develop a collaborative team and stakeholder relationships
• foster a welcoming school climate
• coach and develop campus leaders
• use data to guide decisions and instruction
• manage school positions and operations, fiscal health, and facilities
• ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
