Emergency Veterinary Technician (Relief)

Compensation is $27–$56 per hour. The Emergency Veterinary Technician (Relief) works onsite in Falls Church, VA. Veterinary Emergency Group’s mission is to help people and their pets when they need it most through emergency veterinary care. The technician supports emergency patients from triage through treatment and discharge, working with doctors and the care team to provide clinical nursing, diagnostics, monitoring, and compassionate support for pet owners.

What you'll do

• Provide triage, nursing care, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing
• administer medications and IV therapies
• assist with CPR, imaging, sample collection, tube placement, and advanced procedures
• support patients and pet parents.
