Accounting Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Own customer billing in Maxio
• ensure upsells, cancellations, and price changes are reflected accurately
• manage collections
• process checks and electronic payments and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks
• manage vendor accounts payable
• respond to accounting inbox inquiries
• contribute to month-end close and reconcile billing, cash, and AP activity.
