Dietary Cook – Lafayette Center

Job overview

The Dietary Cook role is onsite in Franconia, NH; pay is $18 per hour. The position supports meal service at Lafayette Center, a skilled nursing facility, as part of Live Well Healthcare Solutions’ dietary services.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish cooked items
• act as liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence
• clean the kitchen and culinary equipment before and after service
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
