Barista

Job overview

The Barista role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO, with pay of $16 per hour. HHM Hotels expects baristas to provide quality service in line with guest-service and sustainability standards. The role prepares and serves coffee, beverages, and food while supporting a clean, stocked, and welcoming service area. Accurate order handling, payment collection, and opening and closing tasks contribute to guest service and daily operations.

What you'll do

• Take coffee, beverage, and food orders
• enter orders into the POS system
• collect payment and prepare orders
• bus coffee-cart areas and tables
• complete opening and closing duties
• clean equipment and work areas
• stock work areas
• handle cashier reports and secure the bank
• follow food and beverage requirements, safety procedures, and HHM EarthView sustainability practices.
