What you'll do

• Design and improve the company context and knowledge graph
• review agent outputs and prioritize context fixes
• partner with subject-matter experts to build and maintain agents, skills, prompts, and workflows
• select appropriate solutions such as skills, workflows, connectors, or knowledge-graph grounding
• translate platform strategy into production-ready designs and integrations
• build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns while preserving permissions
• establish agent quality, reliability, and safety evaluations
• administer Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and other AI assistants
• apply access, monitoring, change-control, data-retention, and sensitive-data controls
• maintain documentation, runbooks, incident-response, and service-continuity procedures.
