Asset Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with asset-level revenue, operating expense, and capital expenditure budgets in coordination with Corporate FP&A
• update forecasts and report asset performance to executives. Target and evaluate new business and renewal opportunities against investment criteria. Analyze tenants and leases, operating and financial statements, market position, and other property-level factors.
