What you'll do

• Lead the vision and direction for the Community ministry
• identify and develop volunteer leaders
• connect people to LifeGroups and local volunteer opportunities
• build partnerships with nonprofit organizations
• lead group management, leader onboarding, benevolence, and event planning
• plan quarterly ministry growth strategies
• monitor ministry health
• develop Associate Community Pastors and Community Interns
• provide pastoral care
• collaborate with weekend ministries.
