What you'll do

• Convert recipes and standard measurements to daily requirements
• assist Cook II, Cook I, and Sous Chef
• review function sheets, restaurant requisitions, and special requests and prepare task lists
• rotate, store, and handle goods to minimize waste
• maintain a clean work area and follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• order supplies as needed and submit Engineering work orders when necessary.
