Sales Engineer — Strategic Accounts

What you'll do

• Support assigned strategic accounts and identify new applications and customer needs. Develop sales through product knowledge, demonstrations, and solutions
• maintain customer relationships and sales forecasts
• support distributor growth through training and joint calls
• manage leads
• review customer drawings and prepare cost estimates and engineered products
• provide technical support
• prepare quotations, training, seminars, and reports
• use CRM
• and coordinate with accounts receivable and other departments. The role may also lead sales campaigns, participate in marketing projects and trade shows, and train sales representatives.
