What you'll do

• Respond to commission inquiries and explain calculations, plan terms, and payment timing
• process spreadsheets and uploads for one-off payments, leave-of-absence adjustments, SPIFFs, new-hire setup, and license management
• complete monthly and quarterly commission processing
• identify discrepancies and process gaps and escalate them
• work with Payroll, Sales Operations, and Finance to obtain inputs and resolve open items
• document processes, decisions, and exceptions for handoff.
