The Senior Workforce Intelligence Analyst role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with a stated compensation range of $145,000–$175,000 per year plus bonus. Crusoe’s mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence through AI infrastructure. The role owns the Visier people analytics platform and self-service analytics roadmap, enabling the People team to make data-informed decisions. It develops governed dashboards, metrics, documentation, and AI-supported analysis while partnering with People functions and data engineering.

What you'll do

• Own Visier configuration, metric definitions, security models, releases, and vendor relationship
• build analytics content and onboard data subjects
• manage data platform integration and data quality
• ensure AI-assisted answers align with dashboards
• document data models and business logic
• partner with People teams to develop insights
• establish reporting cadence
• train and enable users
• shape the self-service analytics roadmap.
