What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Vendor Relations & Bid team
• recruit and vet haulers, MRFs, processors, and recyclers
• negotiate master rate agreements and conduct annual re-bids
• maintain vendor compliance files and scorecards
• resolve service failures and billing disputes
• maintain cost intelligence
• evaluate RFPs and build cost models from vendor quotes
• price within margin floors and route exceptions for approval
• own the bid calendar, support client-facing bid rounds, and conduct win/loss and margin reviews.
